SEB – the leading investment bank in the Nordic countries is now looking for an Analyst to join the Corporate Finance team in Helsinki. We hope to find a talented and enthusiastic person who is first and foremost passionate about corporate finance and wants to learn and grow professionally within our high-performing team.

In projects, we work as tight project teams of 3-4 people, where everyone’s input counts and seamless collaboration is vital, therefore in this role team-working skills as well as the ability to perform high-quality analysis independently are essential. As a part of our team you are responsible for providing financial and strategic advice of the highest standard in M&A and equity capital markets transactions, advising leading Finnish and international corporations, private equity firms and other financial investors. The daily work varies, but your tasks might include for example different kinds of financial analysis, valuations and market analyses as well as preparing presentation materials for client meetings. We expect you to be ambitious, hard-working and willing to learn. You should have a suitable study background from university, for example, from business or technical studies such as finance or industrial engineering. You have already graduated or are finishing your Master’s level studies soon. In addition to an outstanding academic track record, you have a brilliant analytical mind-set, a true team-player attitude, good communication skills and excellent command of both Finnish and English. Swedish language skills are considered as an advantage. We also hope that you have gained some relevant work experience, for example, from an internship in investment banking or management consulting.

Aalto University Executive Education is looking for a sales and development oriented, digitally savvy Program Manager Trainee to build program solutions for Aalto EE’s degree, customized and executive programs. The trainee period is 8 months starting in September 2017. After a successful trainee period the company considers providing further opportunities for your career path in the future.

You are responsible for assisting in managing, developing and selling programs from the different product portfolios: professional and executive programs and customized solutions. The working time is 30 or 37,5 hours per week and there will be a trainee salary.

Your main tasks include:

• Developing program content and training concepts
• Program sales with colleagues, independent sales efforts
• Working with Aalto and international faculty – selecting and briefing the faculty members
